Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. The first Toastmasters club was established on October 22, 1924, in Santa Ana, California, by Dr. Ralph C. Smedley, who conceived and developed the idea of helping others to speak more effectively. More clubs were formed, and Toastmasters International was incorporated under California law on December 19, 1932

The human race is the only race that continuously seek change and improvements. But unfortunately, it faced, since the start, from disputes and wars that left behind tragedies which we still suffer from. Most, of not all of those could have been easily avoided. The basic two reasons of all of our problems are lack of communication and bad leadership.
Toastmasters movement was started to solve both of these. In a friendly and structured environment you can improve your skills in communications and leadership using the tried and proven program of Toastmaster International.

It is the place where you can commit mistakes and everybody will applaud you while giving you constructive evaluation on how to improve. It is the place where you can actually measure you progress and development.

The Filipino Club Toastmasters (FCT) and since its start on 6th of May 2000 has benefited tens of people achieve the goals and dreams. In fact many have go better jobs. Some even found their better half here :-)

Toastmasters can definitely change your life... for the best.
